Because all of our products are instant digital downloads, please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Important Notice — Digital Products
All products sold on BundleCricut.com are digital files delivered electronically via instant download. Due to the nature of digital goods:
- ❌ Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded.
- ❌ We are unable to accept returns on SVG files, DXF, PNG, EPS, or PDF files that have already been accessed or downloaded.
- ✅ We are committed to resolving any technical issues with your files quickly and fairly.
We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions, previews, and file format details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us before buying.
2. Damaged or Defective Files
Although rare, if you receive a corrupted, incomplete, or defective digital file, we want to make it right immediately.
How to Report an Issue
Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and provide the following:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The name of the product with the issue
- A description of the problem (e.g., file won’t open, missing elements, wrong file format)
- A screenshot or photo of the error if possible
Our Resolution
Once we assess the issue, we will take one of the following actions at no additional cost to you:
- ✅ Send you a corrected or replacement file
- ✅ Provide a new working download link
- ✅ Issue a full refund if we are unable to provide a working replacement
3. Exceptions — Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for a refund or exchange:
- File already downloaded — Once your SVG, DXF, PNG, or other digital file has been successfully downloaded, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.
- Change of mind — We cannot offer refunds if you simply changed your mind after purchasing.
- Incompatible software or machine — Please verify file compatibility with your cutting machine or software (Cricut, Silhouette, etc.) before purchasing. We do not offer refunds due to software or machine incompatibility.
- Wrong item purchased — Please review your cart carefully before checkout. We are not responsible for accidental purchases of the wrong file or bundle.
- Lack of technical skill — We do not offer refunds if you are unable to use the files due to unfamiliarity with design software or cutting machines. Please refer to our tutorials or contact your software provider.
4. Exchanges
We understand that mistakes happen. If you believe you purchased the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
- Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only possible if the file has not yet been downloaded.
- If an exchange is approved, additional fees may apply depending on the difference in product pricing.

5. Refunds
When Refunds Are Approved ✅
Refunds will be considered in the following situations:
- You were charged but never received your download link or access to your files
- The file delivered was different from what was advertised
- The file is corrupted or completely unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- A duplicate charge was made on your account
Refund Process

- Include your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds
In the case of bundle purchases where only some files are found to be defective or incorrect, we may offer a partial refund or replacement for the affected files only.

7. Download & Access Issues
If you are experiencing trouble downloading your files, please try the following before contacting support:
- Check your spam or junk folder for the download email
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Disable any browser extensions or ad blockers temporarily
- Ensure you have a ZIP file extractor installed to open your downloaded bundle
If issues persist, contact us with your order number and we will send you a new download link promptly.
