What is BundleCricut?
BundleCricut is an online store specializing in premium digital design files — including SVG, DXF, PNG, EPS, and PDF formats — for use with Cricut, Silhouette, and other cutting machines. We offer a wide variety of designs including quotes, monograms, animals, holiday designs, school themes, wedding graphics, and much more.
Do you sell physical products?
No. BundleCricut is an exclusively digital products store. We do not sell or ship any physical items. All purchases are delivered electronically as instant digital downloads. You create the physical products yourself using your cutting machine or design software.
Do I need a Cricut machine to use your files?
No! While our files are popular with Cricut users, they are compatible with many other machines and software, including:
- Silhouette Cameo & Portrait
- Brother ScanNCut
- Glowforge & xTool laser cutters
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Procreate
- Inkscape (free software)
Do I need to create an account to purchase?
No, you can checkout as a guest using just your email address. However, creating an account allows you to:

What file formats are included in my purchase?
Most BundleCricut products include a ZIP file containing multiple formats:

Are your SVG files compatible with Cricut Design Space?
Yes! All of our SVG files are fully compatible with Cricut Design Space on both desktop (Windows & Mac) and the Cricut mobile app (iOS & Android). Simply upload the SVG file directly into Cricut Design Space using the “Upload” feature.
Are your files compatible with Silhouette Studio?
Yes! Our SVG files are compatible with Silhouette Studio Designer Edition and above. If you are using the Basic Edition of Silhouette Studio, we recommend using the included DXF file instead, as the Basic Edition does not support SVG imports.
What resolution are the PNG files?
Our PNG files are provided at 300 DPI (high resolution), making them suitable for:
- Sublimation printing
- Print & cut projects
- Digital use in Procreate, Canva, and Photoshop
- Iron-on transfer printing
PNG files include a transparent background unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Can I edit or resize the SVG files?
Yes! SVG files are fully scalable vector files, which means you can resize them to any dimension without losing quality. You can also edit colors, remove elements, and customize the design using Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Inkscape.
What is a ZIP file and how do I open it?
A ZIP file is a compressed folder containing all your design files. To access your files, you need to extract (unzip) the folder first:
- Windows: Right-click the ZIP file → Select “Extract All”
- Mac: Double-click the ZIP file to extract automatically
- iPhone/iPad: Use the Files app or a free app like iZip
- Android: Use a free app like ZArchiver or RAR

How do I receive my files after purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, your files are delivered instantly in two ways:
- Order Confirmation Page — A direct download link appears on your order confirmation page immediately after checkout.
- Email — A secure download link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes.
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
Please follow these steps:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder for an email from [email protected]
- Verify the email address you entered at checkout is correct
- Check your order confirmation page — the download link may still be available there
- Wait up to 30 minutes to 4 hours in rare cases of email provider delays
- If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will resend your files
How long is my download link valid?
Your download link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and allows up to 5 download attempts.
💡 We strongly recommend saving your files immediately to a backup location such as Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, or an external hard drive.
My download link has expired. Can I get a new one?
Yes! Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will provide you with a new download link as soon as possible.
How many times can I download my files?
Each purchase allows up to 5 download attempts within 30 days of your purchase date. If you need additional downloads, please contact our support team.
Can I re-download files I have previously purchased?
Yes, if you have a BundleCricut account, you can access your order history and re-download your purchased files within the validity period. If your download link has expired, please contact us and we’ll help you out.

What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices on BundleCricut are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the US, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion rate and/or international transaction fee.

Can I pay with a bank transfer?
Currently, we do not accept bank transfers. Please use one of our available payment options: Credit/Debit Card (via SELLIX or CMI) or PayPal.
📋 License & Usage Rights
Can I use BundleCricut files for commercial purposes?
Yes! All SVG files, DXF, PNG, EPS, and other digital downloads from BundleCricut may be used for both personal and commercial use, including:
- ✅ Creating and selling physical products (e.g., mugs, t-shirts, tumblers, cards, signs, stickers, decals)
- ✅ Etsy shops and other handmade marketplaces
- ✅ Craft fairs and farmer’s markets
- ✅ Custom orders for clients
- ✅ Unlimited number of finished physical products
What am I NOT allowed to do with the files?
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- ❌ Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the original digital files
- ❌ Offering the files as free downloads or giveaways
- ❌ Uploading files to other digital marketplaces (Etsy digital downloads, Creative Fabrica, etc.)
- ❌ Including files in a digital product bundle for resale
- ❌ Claiming the designs as your own original work
- ❌ Using files for print-on-demand platforms that require uploading or transferring the digital file to a third party
How many devices can I install the font files on?
Each font file purchase grants a single-user license for installation on up to 2 personal devices. If you need to use the font on more devices or within a team, please contact us to discuss an extended license.
Do I need an extended license?
An extended or custom license may be required if your use includes:
- eBooks or large-scale digital publications
- Magazine or large publishing house use
- Mobile games or applications
- Mass-market merchandise for large retailers

Do you retain copyright of the designs?
Yes. All designs are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of BundleCricut. Purchasing a file grants you a license to use the design — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Can I share the files with a friend or family member?
No. Each purchase is for a single user only. Sharing, gifting, or distributing the files — even for free — is a violation of our license terms. Your friend or family member would need to purchase their own license from BundleCricut.
🔧 Technical Support
How do I upload an SVG file to Cricut Design Space?
Follow these steps to upload your SVG file:
- Open Cricut Design Space and start a new project
- Click “Upload” in the left panel
- Click “Upload Image”
- Click “Browse” and locate your SVG file on your device
- Select the file and click “Open”
- Your design will appear in the upload library — click it and then click “Insert Images”
- Resize, position, and cut as needed! ✂️
How do I upload an SVG file to Silhouette Studio?
- Open Silhouette Studio (Designer Edition or higher)
- Go to File → Open
- Browse to your SVG file and click “Open”
- The design will open in your canvas ready to cut
⚠️ If you are using Silhouette Studio Basic Edition, use the included DXF file instead, as the Basic Edition does not natively support SVG files.
My SVG file is not cutting correctly. What should I do?
Try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure you are using the SVG file, not the PNG
- Check that you have unzipped the ZIP file before importing
- Ensure your software version is up to date
- Try re-uploading the file to your software
- Check your machine’s blade settings and cutting pressure
- Try opening the file in Inkscape (free) to verify the file is intact
⚠️ Please note that BundleCricut does not provide technical support for cutting machines or design software. For machine issues, please contact your machine’s manufacturer or refer to their official tutorials.
The file I downloaded appears to be corrupted. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase with:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A screenshot or description of the error
We will send you a replacement file or a new download link promptly at no additional cost.
Do you offer software or cutting machine support?
No. BundleCricut does not provide technical support for design software or cutting machines. For software support, please refer to:
- Cricut Help Center
- Silhouette Studio Support
- Your machine manufacturer’s official website or YouTube channel
💰 Refunds & Returns
Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for files that have already been accessed or downloaded.
When will you consider a refund?
We do honor refund or replacement requests in the following cases:
- ✅ You were charged but never received your download link
- ✅ The file you received is corrupted or unreadable
- ✅ You received a different file than what was advertised
- ✅ A duplicate charge was applied to your account
- ✅ We did not support your order within 3 working days
How do I request a refund?
Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase date, including:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- A screenshot or proof of the problem if available
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
I bought the wrong file by mistake. Can I exchange it?
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only possible if the file has not yet been downloaded. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and the product you intended to purchase.
To avoid this situation, please carefully review all product images and descriptions before completing your order.
The file is not compatible with my software. Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds due to software or machine incompatibility. We strongly recommend verifying file format compatibility with your specific software or machine before purchasing.
If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before buying and we will be happy to advise you.

How do I create an account?
You can create a BundleCricut account by clicking “Register” or “Sign Up” on our website. You will need a valid email address and a secure password. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link in your inbox within a few minutes. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
How do I view my order history?
Log into your BundleCricut account and navigate to “My Account” → “Order History” to view all your past purchases and access your download links.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email we send you. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] and we will remove you from our mailing list.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your order history and access to past downloads.
